Bartallama3D ("we", "us") is a design and manufacturing studio in Bellevue, Washington, USA. This policy covers our website, bartallama3d.design, and our online shop, shop.bartallama3d.design. Questions about it go to hello@bartallama3d.design.
The short version
- We collect what we need to take your order, ship it, and answer your messages.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
- We don't use advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
- You can see and update your orders and account details in your shop account, and ask us to delete them.
What we collect
When you order from our shop
- Contact and shipping details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
- Order details: what you bought, prices, taxes, shipping method, order notes you add, and the order's status and tracking number.
- Your account, if you create one: your email address, name, saved addresses, and order history. Your password is stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
- Payment details: entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. We receive only what we need to manage the order, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether the payment succeeded. If you choose to save a card, Stripe stores it and gives us a reference to use for future payments.
When you contact us
Our contact form collects your name, email address, the subject you pick, and your message. To block spam and abuse, we also record your IP address and browser type with it. The message is saved on our website's server and emailed to us. If you email us directly, we keep that email in our mailbox.
When you browse
Our hosting and image-delivery providers keep standard logs of each request: IP address, the page or file requested, browser type, and time. We review summary reports from these logs, such as which pages and images are viewed and which countries and browsers visitors use, to understand what people are looking at. We don't use them to identify you, and we don't share them.
When someone tries to sign in to a shop account, we briefly record the IP address so we can block repeated failed attempts.
Cookies
We only use cookies that the sites need to work:
- Website: a session cookie and a security cookie that protects the contact form from forged submissions.
- Shop: cookies that remember your cart and keep you signed in, and cookies set by Stripe on the checkout page to help prevent fraud.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Because we don't track you across other sites, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How we use your information
- To process, make, ship, and support your order, including warranty help and returns.
- To send you emails about your order and account: confirmations, shipping updates, delays, and password resets. We don't send marketing email.
- To answer your messages.
- To calculate and pay sales tax, and to keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To understand which pages and products people look at.
- To keep the sites secure and prevent fraud and spam.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the sites and fill your order, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe processes payments, helps prevent fraud, and calculates sales tax from your address and order (Stripe's privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
- Shipping services: the label services we buy postage through, and the carriers that deliver your package, receive your name, address, and phone number.
- Hosting and email providers run our sites, store our data and backups, and send and receive our email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact form messages and new shop accounts come from a person, not a bot. It receives your IP address and information about your browser (Turnstile's privacy notice (opens in a new tab)).
- Font and icon services: our pages load fonts and icons from outside services, which receive your IP address when your browser fetches them.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We don't sell personal information.
If you buy from us on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay, that marketplace collects your information under its own privacy policy, and we receive only what we need to fill the order.
Your choices
Sign in to your shop account to see your orders and update your account details and saved addresses.
To correct something you can't change yourself, or to delete your account or order details, email hello@bartallama3d.design from the email address on your account. We'll remove the information that identifies you or links your orders to you. We keep the order records themselves, such as items, amounts, and tax, for tax reporting and compliance.
Children
Our sites aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
