3D Printing
Send a file, get a part.
All of our parts are made in Bellevue, Washington, on the same printers that make our own products. We take jobs big and small, in a range of materials, at predictable prices.
Materials
Pick the material for the job.
We print in PETG, ABS, ASA and ASA Glass Fiber. The table below shows what each one is good for and what it costs. Tell us how the part will be used and we'll recommend one.
We always have black and white, and we stock a few popular colors in PETG and ABS. Other colors can be ordered, which adds lead time.
Materials
| PETG Our go-to for most parts. Tough, with a little flex, so it bends before it breaks. Not recommended for parts that will live outdoors. | $0.19/g |
| ABS Handles more heat and stress than PETG, for parts near motors, electronics or warm spaces. Stiffer but more brittle than PETG. | $0.23/g |
| ASA Like ABS, with UV and weather resistance. The pick for parts that go outside or sit in the sun. | $0.23/g |
| ASA Glass Fiber ASA with glass fibers mixed in. Very rigid and holds its shape, for brackets, jigs and fixtures that can't flex. Matte finish. | $0.33/g |
| TPU sections We don't print whole parts in TPU, but we can add flexible TPU sections to a print, such as a gasket or rubber feet. | Quoted per job |
| Other filaments We can test or order other filaments on request, but we can't guarantee how they will print. | Quoted per job |
| Exotic materials and processes For anything we don't print here, such as full TPU parts, nylon or resin, we can have your order made by one of our production partners. | Quoted per job |
Prices include up to 2 minutes of print time per gram. Each extra 2 minutes is billed as one more gram, which only affects small, slow prints: a 1 g part that takes 4 minutes is billed as 2 g.
Files and sizes
What to send and how big we print.
We accept STEP, STL, 3MF and OBJ files, and can usually work with other standard CAD formats.
Parts can be as large as 500 × 500 × 500 mm. Anything bigger than 350 × 350 × 250 mm is an extra-large print, which adds a setup fee. Tolerances get looser as parts get bigger, so tell us where the fit matters.

Quoting
How a quote works.
Send your file and tell us what the part is for, which material and color you want, and how many you need. We check that it can be printed well, then work out the cost from its weight and print time using the rates on this page.
We then send you an invoice that you pay online. It lists the print cost, shipping and an estimated ship date.
How soon a part ships depends on our queue. When there are no jobs ahead of yours and the material is in stock, a small part can often be ready in 1 to 3 days.
Extras
| Multi-material print setup | $5.00 |
| Extra-large print setup (over 350 × 350 × 250 mm) | $8.00 |
| Brass threaded inserts (insert and installation) | $0.50 each |
| Fasteners and add-ons | Varies |
| Packaging and shipping | On your invoice |
