These terms apply to orders placed on our online shop, shop.bartallama3d.design, run by Bartallama3D in Bellevue, Washington, USA. By placing an order, you agree to them. Orders placed on Amazon, Etsy, or eBay follow that marketplace's terms.
Orders
After you place an order, we email you a confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is priced or listed incorrectly, can't be made or shipped, or the order looks fraudulent.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. We can change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card payments are charged when you order. Bank (ACH) payments can take a few business days to clear, and the order ships once they do.

Made-to-order items
Made-to-order items are made after you order them. The production time shown on the product page is our estimate. Made-to-order items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Compatibility and installation
- Our products are made to fit the devices, vehicles, and equipment named on each product page. Please check the product's compatibility information before you order.
- Follow the product's assembly manual when installing it. You're responsible for installing and using it safely.
- In a vehicle, don't mount anything where it blocks your view, an airbag, or a control. Radar detector laws vary by state and vehicle type; you're responsible for following the laws where you drive.

Limited warranty
Unless a product page says otherwise, our products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date the carrier marks your order delivered. A product page may give a shorter or longer warranty period for that product. The warranty covers products bought from us through the stores listed on Where we sell.
The warranty doesn't cover:
- Products used in a way they aren't intended, including ones that were modified or not installed as described in their manual.
- Damage that happens after delivery, such as from an accident or misuse.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, your shipping information, a description and photo of the problem, and the outcome you'd like. We may ask you to send the product back. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we'll repair, replace, or refund the product, at our option.
Any implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the product's warranty period. Some states don't allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including damage to the devices, vehicles, or equipment our products are used with. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. This doesn't take away any consumer protections you have under the laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
