Buying on eBay
We may have a few listings on eBay under the seller name Bartallama3D (opens in a new tab). Other eBay sellers list our products too:
- Used and open-box units: people reselling a product they no longer need. These are usually honest sales.
- Drop shippers: they copy our listings, often with photos we took, and charge much more than we do. When you order, they buy the product from us and have it shipped to you. That costs you more, and it hurts our reputation when something goes wrong.
For a new product on eBay, only buy from the seller Bartallama3D. If eBay is the only place you can complete your purchase, contact us and we'll help.
Other websites
Our products sometimes appear on other websites we don't sell through. Those sellers aren't authorized by us. They're either drop shipping our products at a markup or selling copies, so we can't tell what you'd receive.
We can't guarantee the quality of products bought from them, and we can't offer support, returns, or warranty for those orders.
If you find a listing that uses our name or photos, please report it.
